Kondia Powermill FV-1 Motor diagram

I hooked the mill up to my VFD as I only have 1 phase at the house and configured the parameters for my motor however I cannot get it to turn. I have a feeling that the previous guy had it set for 440 instead of 240, however I dont have the motor schematic and I can only find the diagram for the 16 pin motor schematic. I have the 9 pin model.
